The HBCU Foundation’s Talent Source™ Program can identify top-tier HBCU Alumni and Student talent for your internship and professional opportunities, across a wide range of career categories and majors. We have the ability to develop programs targeting IT, Finance, HR, Biological Sciences, Advertising, Engineering, Sales and Business candidates by Geography, GPA, Major, Years of Experience, Year In School, Career Category, Gender and other metrics.

How It Works

Our sourcing team with more than 40 years of candidate sourcing experience, will identify candidates who have expressed interest in your opportunities and send over a guaranteed number of qualified, vetted candidates each week to your hiring managers.

Professional Candidate Sourcing

- - We will source up to 5 Candidate profile types
  - Provide candidate vetting and review resumes of interested candidates
  - Forward guaranteed number of vetted, qualified prospects to your hiring managers each week to review

Internship Candidate Sourcing
